30 under 30 list – Nikola Paunović: When you don’t pack your career and go abroad

We are proud to announce that our colleague Nikola Paunović has been included on Bizlife’s 30 Under 30 list.

Nikola was drawn to logistics by its dynamism, innovation, and the fact that no two days are ever the same. The biggest challenge for him was taking on the responsibility of becoming a warehouse manager, even though he had been with the company for just over five years at the time – a moment filled with uncertainty, but also determination to justify the trust placed in him.

He found the key to success in his mentors’ advice and in accepting that “you don’t have to know everything, but you have to be ready to learn on the go.”

Today, as he continues to build his career within Milšped, he emphasizes: “You don’t have to go abroad to build a successful career.”
